Our Thermostability workflow allows you to characterize the thermostability of your protein variants and optimize their stability. Using nanoDSF and DLS, we measure at what temperature your protein designs start unfolding. We can test various buffer conditions, pH variants, salts, excipients, or ligand additions to evaluate their impact on Tm and aggregation. This data is essential for developing stable protein therapeutics, high-performing enzymes and robust proteins for diagnostic applications.

Supported protein formats

We support a wide range of protein formats for expression and thermostability analysis. Importantly, to be detected in the nanoDSF assay, proteins should contain a hydrophobic core with aromatic amino acids (such as tryptophan or tyrosine), as the assay relies on intrinsic fluorescence from these residues.

//

High sensitivity thermostability assay

We use nanoDSF to measure the thermostability of your protein variants across a wide temperature range.

//

Condition screening

Stability analysis across pH, salt, and buffer conditions.

//

Aggregation monitoring

DLS is used to detect aggregation of proteins and determine particle sizes.
